Mopingo, published by Code-It, processes the following data to provide its travel planning and organization service:

• account data: email address, display name, technical identifier and, if you add one, profile photo;
• space and trip content: names, dates, destinations, places, place addresses and coordinates, notes, descriptions, images, links and itineraries;
• assistant connection information: account identifier, permissions granted and technical data needed for authentication;
• technical and usage data described below: navigation, events, errors, performance and tool call logs.

Place coordinates describe stops in your trips. The assistant connector does not use them to track your real-time location. Free-text fields are not intended for passwords, payment details, government identifiers or health data.

When Sentry is enabled, Mopingo sends error events, performance information and navigation data to identify problems.

Anonymized session replays may be used to understand and fix application issues.

Technical monitoring data is retained for 30 days. To exercise your rights over this data, use the contact below.

When audience measurement is enabled, Mopingo uses Umami Cloud to understand which pages and features are used and improve the service.

The application can send a technical identifier to Umami to associate events with an account. Audience measurement data is retained for 30 days.

You can disable audience measurement in this browser from the statistics exclusion page at /en/umami. This setting applies to Umami; it does not disable Sentry or server logs.

Technical cookies are used for sign-in, security and authorization of connected assistants. They maintain the session and complete the connection you request.

You can choose to connect your Mopingo account to a compatible assistant. You sign in on Mopingo and authorize access on a consent screen.

Depending on the permissions granted, the assistant can read and manage your spaces, trips, places and itineraries on your behalf.

Mopingo receives your technical identifier, permissions and the parameters of requested actions, then sends results to the assistant. The connector does not require your entire conversation history and does not disclose your password to the assistant.

Results are processed by the assistant provider, including OpenAI for ChatGPT and Codex or Anthropic for Claude, under its own privacy policy.

Mopingo uses Google Places to find places and complete their name, address, coordinates, website and photo.

Search text is sent to Google. Enriching a trip or place can also send its destination or name to Google, even when you do not run a separate search.

Code-It processes data to operate Mopingo and respond to your requests. Google Cloud and Firebase provide authentication, hosting, storage and logging services.

Collaborative content is accessible to the people you share it with, according to space or trip permissions. Public content is accessible to visitors.

Authentication and authorization controls protect private data.

Application logs support error diagnosis, performance monitoring and service security. In the connector's current configuration, they can include the tool name and its parameters, including trip names, descriptions, places, addresses or links sent to the tool.

These application logs are retained for 30 days.

Space and trip content is your working data: the 30-day log retention period does not delete this content. You can request its deletion and exercise your rights using the contact below.

You can decline an assistant connection or disconnect Mopingo in its settings. To request revocation by Mopingo, contact us below. A token already issued can remain valid for up to 15 minutes. You also have the following rights, subject to applicable regulations:

• access to your data;
• rectification;
• deletion;
• portability;
• restriction or objection to processing.

Disconnecting an assistant does not delete trips saved in Mopingo or data already sent to the assistant provider. To exercise your rights with that provider, use its own procedures.
