Un itinéraire sans voiture à la rencontre de paysages méditerranéens, d’initiatives locales et de savoir-faire.
Autour de Sommières, les premiers jours se vivent à vélo et à pied: garrigue, anciennes carrières ouvertes sur la nature, voie verte douce et halte à Ambrussum sur les rives du Vidourle. La rencontre avec un vigneron en bio éclaire les pratiques qui régénèrent les sols. La suite mène au Grand Site des gorges de l’Hérault: belvédères, sentiers et villages classés invitent à ralentir.
À Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, une randonnée emblématique plonge au cœur du Cirque de l’Infernet, puis une descente en canoë (en saison) glisse en silence au pied des falaises. Les échanges se prolongent chez un potier à Argileum et chez un oléiculteur au Mas Palat, pour comprendre comment les savoir-faire s’ancrent dans le vivant.

A loop trail along cobbled paths and limestone ledges, offering panoramic views of scrubland and cliffs. Bring water bottles, hats, and please take your rubbish home with you. The trail is marked and starts from the village.
