Adventure in the Hautes-Alpes

Added byLoicMopingo

Four days to experience the mountains, between peaks, rushing rivers and golden cliffs.

An athletic base located between Briançon, Vallouise and Serre Chevalier, the itinerant experience alternates adventure, adrenaline and relaxation, in a magnificent setting.

The warm-up begins on the via ferrata of the Aiguillette du Lauzet, before moving on to routes at the Rocher du Bez and a tour of the forts of Briançon, with recovery taking place in the hot pools of Monêtier.

The next day, water takes over: Fournel canyon in the morning, rafting on the Durance in the afternoon, then a gentle jog at Lake Orceyrette at sunset.

The third day leads to Clarée for a high valley trail around the Laramon and Serpent lakes; the afternoon is dedicated to riding in a bike park, then the perspective widens with a tandem flight over Vallouise before returning to the golden rock of Ponteil.

The last day calls upon the mineral: a sustained climb to the Refuge du Glacier Blanc to greet the glacial front, lunch on the terrace, active recovery by kayak on the Roche-de-Rame lake and an aerial finale on the Pyramides via ferrata.

The program is planned from the end of May to September (subject to change depending on the weather or season), with accommodation in a sports campsite and simple, nourishing meals. A condensed version of the alpine lifestyle.
